Hexagram 30 unchanging?

Radiance; be firm and correct. To catch the bird of brightness.

I was looking for a more specific answer especially since this interview involves a problem solving exercise, and I am not very good at problem solving and get very nervous. Not quite sure what hexagram 30 means in the context of this question, but if tending to my "inner fires" is the prescription then I guess that means speaking well to them of my accomplishments and ambitions.

Could someone give me more insight on this hexagram please?

Hi jp78,

I see this image as - if you stick to your own true principles this will see you through. I assume you have the capabilities to do whatever it is you are being interviewed for or you wouldn't be going to this interview - so why be nervous? You've got what it takes if you are going in truth.

Best of luck - Liss

I would think 30 advises to emphasize how you mesh well with the company....be specific about how you match up with who they are, what they do...30 is about synergy, how you increase the production/energy by your presence.

I definitely agree about sticking to my own principles and being true. And most of my prior experiences have been in multiple areas which is great asset for this job since it is a rotational job, therefore these things do mesh well together which I will make sure I stress. Thank You!

How should I prepare for this interview? Hex 30.

Middle sister, fire. Fire needs the right conditions to burn. Fuel, spark, O2, a place, etc. Given these conditions one can build a nice fire. I might find out what the conditions are for this interview and for the job or position, and prepare accordingly. Then, you can burn brightly or shine; you can make people feel comfortable and warm with you. Also, fire throws light so people can see. Also, the interview could be a place where you can be seen in a particular light. Prepare in a way that allows you to seen in the particular light of their current and future needs. Finally, fires are opportunistic. They seize the path in front of them, and move forward onto new fuels. So, I might prepare to burn brightly in the interview because it is path to new movement forward. Interesting, the interview is a lot like a fire; at first there is a spark, and it burns a little. But if the conditions are not right, it burns down to nothing. If the conditions are right, it can turn or transform into a powerful source of energy for you and the company.

Just ideas ... good luck!
