How to calm myself, 60.6. - 61

Friends, could you please suggest your views of this cast?

My question was about how to calm myself in the difficult situation I am having now.

The problem is that I cannot understand the meaning of the line: strict and bitter limitation or, on the contrary, limitation as little as possible, - "Spirit breathes where it will" (61). The context of the situation is that I have been already limited, and now I wish to free my mind and heart.

As I see it,if you are too strict for yourself,you cant get out of problem.
Line 6 Galling limitation, perseverance brings misfortune = remorse disappears. Changes to (61) Inner Truth. You may need to look deeper into this situation to explore whether it is a good fit. Limitations and discipline which are too severe or too restrictive cannot be maintained over the long haul. There is a fine line between how Limitation can lead to success and how it can create resentment. Sometimes we can be pushed too far and the limitations imposed upon us force us to re-evaluate what we are doing. Even if you have to give up and move on, over time any disappointment will fade away. If you have the opportunity to stop being demanding or to lighten up, take it.

You were hoping for a cast that would have a calming effect ? Some of my casts have lightened a dark mood and others have poured fuel on the fire. Or were neutral. You never know.

Not so calming, except for the suggestion that one will make a change and move on. It will pass.

In 61.0 the fish sign of fertility, abundance and good luck is repeated in Yilin 60>61.
The Yilin is generally either spot on or way off. Here it says,
Many pearls and jade treasures
Are found in the Yangtze river,
In the sea are many large fish.
The one who is nimble and quick can become rich.
