How to get rid of black mould for good? Hexagram 13.5>30

On and off every now and again I have a go at the black mould in the flat and every time it comes back, several days ago I asked the Yi how to get rid of the black mould in the property for good and received Hexagram 13.5>30 this looks more like a relating hexagram though, I am wondering if it is saying get help from someone you previously had a disagreement with because:

Any idea's appreciated I don't know if anyone has fought the battle against the black mould - it is super stubborn and I'd really like to win it this time.

In fact many commentaries about that line mention the importance of making a connection.
Does your property confines with another one? In the past there was a black mould in my home that kept coming . We found out that above us, upstairs, there was a water loss. Then, the mould came back again, we washed the wall with a wet sponge with water and bleach and this helped a lot.
there are also special kind of paints that can protect the wall.

Also, 30 is fire and brightness: maybe you should find a way to dry the air, by opening the windows, letting the light in, fresh air, or warming up the place.

Hmm, well I'm up top, though there is a place above me, I'm aware plumbing is dodgy in most of the properties here, I'll have to investigate that more I think, mine has also leaked and the windows are blown, I agree with letting more air in, I've started to do that. I haven't heard of mould paint so will check that out thanks. I cannot believe how stubborn these little black dots are.

Got an awkward call from someone I don't much talk to and just randomly brought up the mould problem - they said they had the same problem and advised an additive, not sure if it'll work just thought I'd share that.

I'm not sure I would say enemy per se, they were on my 'persons to talk to in order to clear the air' list, I've never known what their problem was, they could be my arch nemesis for all I care if that additive works though. I think I gave them tips too. Conversation was super awkward !

Edit: Interesting that I didn't have to do anything, though I did ask 'how' and not 'what do I do to' - and of course that's if it works.
