Hello,
I have not consulted the IChing in many years. Today I asked for clarity around re opening a Wellness Center that I left over 16 years ago. I not only left but changed careers and moved out of the country. I am returning to the US and want to re birth my idea. My current work situation is filled with stress and deception. I have been holding the entire company together and do not recognize myself anymore. I care deeply for my clients and want to help them, however I do not like the people I work for or with. The company culture, which I have tried for many years to change has fallen apart. I have lots of experience in both wellness arena and my current vocation. I received 28.2.3 to 45.
28.2.3 describes exactly how I feel about my current profession.

You asked "how?" and I think the lines might go like this:
Line 2 - it sounds like this will be possible to do
Line 3 - but make sure to keep the ridgepole from buckling. Or, it'll be possible if the ridgepole doesn't buckle. Something like that.

The relating hexagram is 45, Gathering. Gathering resources and support, which you'll need in line 3.

You'll have to figure out what the ridgepole is, what might cause it to buckle, and what you need to prevent that. Financing? Employees?

Another possibility might be that you'll start out all full of energy (line 2), but then you'll find out that a lot is required to do this, and maybe it'll prove more than you want to take on (line 3). 45 can be a big investment, it calls for "great sacrificial animals." Maybe pretty much everything you've got, in contrast to the sacrifice in 41, which is a more-manageable two baskets.

But there's probably nothing lost by starting out and trying! Just take care that the roof doesn't fall in.
