Yi really doesn't sugar coat things does it?

I asked: How can I make it easier for myself to lose weight?

32.1.3.4 > 19

19 - you tell me:

32.1 - you are asking for the impossible

32.3 - you have no self discipline

32.4 - there is no chance in hell

Grace too funny sista!!

Hex 32 - remain steady as you make this journey to lose weight - we all know it's not just about losing the physical weight but 'losing' the emotional and mental bs we have been carrying around for years.

Line 1 - go at a steady pace and don't expect it to happen overnight
Line 3 - try not to compare yourself to others and let external circumstances give you a reason to stop working on yourself (ah we are all good at that)
Line 4 - try not to make it about what you see in terms of weight loss try to observe your attitude and the changes in your mindset (bach remedies are always helpful)

Hex 19 - follow your path of truth and you will achieve

It's easy to lose weight, PG. No starving, no counting calories, no exercises, no special foods, no problems. Just stop eating bread and meat. I need to lose weight (so doctor said), and am losing a pound a week -- down 12 so far this summer and expect to continue. I'm not fanatical about this. My brother-in-law just brought over a grilled hamburger (no bread, no salt), and I had half. The other half I'll use to season vegetables tomorrow. This regimen is easy for me because I am a gardener and grow far more vegetables than I need. If you endure (32) you'll make progress (19) too. Line 1 reminds me of root crops.

Agreed with pocossin here although I don't eat red meat anyway.
I lost about 20 kgs in 2-3months just cutting out all wheat products, rice and potatoes and alcohol. Whenever cravings happened got on my pushbike and rode for about 20minutes - half hour.
But I still maintain to keep the weight off you gotta deal with your emotional baggage then you can reintroduce the yummy foods back into your life and you will find you eat them in moderation rather than 'feeding' your emotions. :)
