How am I going to get through (work) tomorrow?
Hexagram 12.2.3.5 into Hexagram 50.

Not sure what this means - this internship has been really stressful and I struggle to finish some of the tasks. So I asked this question. I take 12 as disharmony - line 2 as I should calm down and line 3 that I am ashamed of the work I will undertake and line 5 I don't know? Hexagram 50 I am unsure of too. Does that mean success in some form?

I never understand Hexagram 50.

You will get through tomorrow as you got through today. I take 50 as relief that the workday is over.

im not quite sure as my co-worker more experienced than I am was able to help me out today. But tomorrow he is not working so I will have no help. But if hexagram 50 is relief than I am confused. This was about tomorrow not about today.

Someone once asked, what is the universe? and received 12. A discussion of it followed. But no one, to my recollection, mentioned that the particles of the universe, planets, stars etc, are all in a process of moving farther apart from one another: expanding outward from the big bang. This means a greater distance from one another.

This gives you an opportunity to develop your worth on your own.

You project an aura of pessimism. The way you see things colors what is. You are a young person and should be in a sanguine stage of life, yet your view is negative, your prose has a saturnine pace, you are troubled by falling down -- a symptom appropriate to advanced age, not youth, and your specialty is the dismal science. Judged by the psychology of the situation, you are probably exceptionally competent in what you do, and your professional judgments realistic. You should do fine without extra help. Since inner life -- short of a conversion experience -- is fixed, you will experience today as you experienced yesterday. Please report how the day turns out.

H50: A cauldron is a place of transformation, whether just bringing the elements of the meal together over fire and producing a stew, or taking labor and capital and producing a living for an individual. For a business-owner it might refer to the business; for the wage earner, it might refer to the job.

So the readings is "A Sacrificial Vessel (Cauldron) is Blocked/Obstructed". Yi is describing your situation to you. Fortune now favors the mean over the Superior Man (Line 2), so keep your head low. Concealing your shame is understandable and not unreasonable (Line 3). There will come a time that will favor you if you act like the Superior Man (Line 5), but the times are still dangerous. Tie yourself to that job with whatever means you can, as collapse is still possible.

My day was okay. There came some obstacles but I overcame them. Its just that this contract work Im doing requires reconciling a lot of incorrect files and there can be a lot of confusion and stress. I do tend to have a pessimistic view/outlook of life and tend to see the flaws in things before I recognize the good things. I realize my own biased view shapes my experiences, and I am working very hard to change my minds perception.

I'm not 100% sure but the way that I would read it if it was my reading would be: that there is not much that you can do about tomorrow since we can only live one day at a time, and worrying about it will not solve anything. Just take it as it comes just one day at a time. ... Hope it helps.

no it is still helpful because I am still learning how read/learn and interpret the hexagrams in the context of my questions.

Well, its just that your apprehension and exiety can affect the way you will take things (that the day offers) in..but it is nit easy to be opened and cool minded all of the time
Have a good one today, :bows:
