How Will my Job Situation Change during Next Months? 29.1.5>19

I asked the I-Ching how my job situation will change during next few months; in other words, if I continue doing my current job.
The answer: 29.1.5>19

My take: My job has its own problem, I can't do anything about it at the moment, however as the chasm has already found its "level" things won't get worst and I can continue. Then there is hexagram 19- Approach. "Reaching an end in the eighth month means a pitfall. " What's approaching? Pitfall associates with "ending".
So whether I leave the job and experience difficulty; or should keep up doing it to avoid the pitfall.

Pretty much says there’s not a lot you can do to change things right now BUT it’s better to break down any problems into small increments and tackle things that way. Also if you need help to do that get help.

Update: three months later, and I still work there. I hope to escape the misfortune of "ending in the eighth month (?)".

I continued to work in the company for about one year more, the last nine months from home during coronavirus.
