How will the court affair go?

I'm being called to the court as a witness for prosecution, the session will start in 2 hours time.
I decided to ask Yi how will it all go for me? 8.1.4.5 → 51

I don't like to be involved in police matters at all, and with government institutes in general.

To clarify: I was asked by a police to be a witness during a body-search of a man who bought tiny dose of narcotics on the street. That was a year ago. I've given written deposition and forgot about this matter altogether. I've never been in court before, so there is some anxiety in me.

I was the only witness at the session today, apart from judge, prosecutor, secretary, two lawyers and 3 prisoners. So I was called to the stand and basically just repeated what I remember about the search.
I think the point was to prove that written testimony was real, and not fabricated by the police.

After 20 minutes I was let go. All in all it was nice and easy, more fuss created by my mind than in was in reality.


I've looked up the status of this case on the court's site, and it was re-scheduled 6 times already, so I was worried that I would have to go a number of times until all the participants are able to attend.
But it turns out that they just question whoever is there and then reschedule.

I did speak the truth to the best of my knowledge.

The session was held-up by 30 minutes. I don't know why.
They did seek me, and asked me to the stand.
