How will you interpret the answer 28,2,3 > 45 if the question was 'if I will have a love partner soon'?

Line 28,2 describes a relationship that is fruitful.
Line 28,3 however is not auspicious. Could it mean breakup?
Hexagram 45 as a resulting hexagram seems auspicious to me. It can mean unity, gathering etc.

Overall, it must be a very difficult relationship. Any interpretations?

28.2 is about reactivating something. I think 28.3 is more like a caution that there is no benefit in trying to force things or rushing them. Together they seem to describe a situation where you are wanting to reactivate your social life but it can't be rushed. Perhaps 45 is encouraging you to got out more? Maybe this holiday season will give you opportunities to meet people?
