Hello everyone!

I have been using a set of I Ching cards by Leo Scarebo.

I usually draw two cards, and determine the line transformations based on the different lines of each card.

Recently I decided to start drawing six cards, one for each line casting. Line 1 on card one would take the first place in the hexagram, line 2 on the second card would take the second, and so on.

I discovered that the hexagram that I constructed from the six cards, was also represented within the cards! For example, the six lines from the six separate cards drew hexagram 18 Corruption. It just so happened that I had drawn card 18 Corruption as my fourth line!

This is the second or third time this has happened.

I am fairly new to using the I Ching, I'm not sure what this might signify, or if using this method produces accurate results.

I am happy to read any comments regarding this interesting phenomenon!

Thank you!
