Inflammation Hexagram 9>52

For many of years I suffered from CFS and other ailments.
In the last couple of years that has got a whole lot better once I healed a huge part of my PTSD but after getting Covid19 in August 2022 I held inflammation in my body that also caused a 5 kilo weight gain.

Around 6 months ago I lost that weight without doing anything differently except taking a homeopathic for my heart palpitations. More to that story in terms of the medicine but not relevant here really.

Then all of a sudden I started putting that weight back on and experienced a mild infection at the same time and now my body is carrying that inflammation again.

This question is asked with mental, emotional or a physical reasons in mind

What caused this initial recent inflammation

I see this answer as having to Restrain myself in small ways.
I have to admit my most recent relationship was a lot of frustrating holding back and when I look back over at least the past 12 months there's been a lot of having to 'hold back' in a number of situations.

There's been little reward for a lot of giving to situations so a 'lot of clouds with no rain' which has left me in a poor mental/emotional state at times.


Lines 1 and line 2 - having to Return to myself and Line 5 the support I'm presently receiving from my friends.

I'd had thoughts last night about how this house opportunity is giving me the chance to recover in more ways than one as there is no expectation from them.

At a glance I wondered if trigram wood and heaven might refer to an allergy. Small taming having to do with dealing with the forces of nature, I could also see small restraint as the body trying to get the infection under control.

TCM wise heaven/Qian represents the large intestine and wood/Xun the gallbladder. The gallbladder helps digestion by excreting bile while the large intestine takes water from food and processes waste. With this I might think about anything you might've eaten/your diet that could of caused it. You can look up the organs in TCM to see what other functions/emotions they're associated with.

If I was to interpret the cast as a direct answer to your question I might imagine it referring to picking up the infection from others, 2 is the line of connection leading to people in the home whereas 9.5 points to neighbours.

The stresses of waiting for rain and restraining oneself is also a possiblity.

If I was to read it less directly both 9.2 and 9.5 could be pointing to where you can find support for your inflammation, perhaps from friends who you reference or a local chemist.

Thank you. I ended up recalling something from when I've had this in the past and did a few tarot readings on it.
All came up with Inflammation and toxins in the blood.
The initial infection from when it started a few weeks ago was definitely picked up from another person but I got on top of that only to go downhill again.

Also very much to do with a loss of hydro-colic acid in my digestive system.
So you're right about the large intestine for sure.
