Inheritance 51>24

Both my parents died this year but I’ve been estranged from them for years so wondering if I’ll inherit anything.
I’ve been making jokes about it for years so I’ve asked
What is the potential I’ll inherit some money from them

Hex 51.4>24 I would be very surprised for sure but it does look like there’s a possibility of it although Line 4 says there’ll be a hold up of some sort.
Not sure on Hex 24 except it could be some sort of Turning Point for me.

Hi becalm, sorry for your loss.

"What is the potential I'll inherit some money from them?"
51.4 to 24 ~ Expect the Un-expected.

In addition to 'Shock,' 51 is also known as 'The Unexpected.' Since you were estranged from your parents for years before their passing, I take it that you are not expecting to receive an inheritance? So, in this case, you can expect the unexpected!

Good luck, and I hope that you'll update us with the outcome?

I think 51.4 could mean it could take a very long time to sort it all out with all sorts of repercussions that might mire you back into dwelling on these people.

Perhaps it would be best to stop thinking about it and return to yourself (24)

I agree about 51.4 indicating something bogged down or taking a long time. On the other hand, do you have any reason to think your parents' wills will be complicated? Most people's aren't, only because most people's estates aren't very complicated.

Unless:
  • there's no will at all (but even in that case, I think there are standard procedures courts go by, next of kin and so forth, which again shouldn't be that complicated)
  • there are other people who, regardless of wills or procedures, will contest your claim on anything at all. Do you have brothers or sisters? Do you get along with them?

I wonder if another sort of bog might be, if you do end up with something, what would you plan to do with it?

It's worth pointing out that becalm's parents were dreadful, extremely dreadful, so anything to do with them could revive old feelings. So even money could bring mud although some money would be very nice.

She may correct me but I think they abandoned her.

That’s correct Trojina and a long story short even 6 months ago mum made a disparaging comment to my oldest son about me even when I hadn’t seen her for all those years. However all it did was make me feel sorry for her knowing that she carried such bitterness in her Heart when she died.
Tbh honest it’s not worrying me I was just curious because apparently I’m to receive some legal papers in the mail.
Yes @Liselle I have 4 siblings and I think 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren but no idea if all would be included in the Will.

This is still dragging on but I've had no contact at all with any of the parties involved.

I managed to find the solicitors handling this Will and I've been advised it will take a long while to come to fruition - bad news is my part is in my married name although I've been divorced 10 years so I'll have to find paperwork for proof of the divorce!
