Insight into reuniting a relationship 31 to 23

Can anyone give me clarity into what this answer means regarding getting back together with my partner? There are many changing lines: 9 at three, 9 at four, 9 at five and 6 above. I usually cast my own coins and write the results/expound in my journal, but I used an online casting with the coin method and got the following answer:

I'm not very experienced in I Ching reading. But I ever get hex 23 "Splitting Apart" when asking a question about relationship.

As you may guess, it won't have any happy ending. She told me she already has someone in her heart and it's not me. I still kept trying for some years, but just as what I Ching told - she's just gone farther and farther.

You may try, but you better save your time and efforts.

Its odd, because I didn't get a negative vibe from the reading. The first one i did a week or so ago regarding the relationship resulting in 55, 9 at four changing line, relating figure of 36, and a changing pattern of 4.

We both still love each other and are open to reconciliation at some point. The conversations we have had say this isn;t goodbye but see you later. There has not been lying or infidelity present in our relationship.

I personally have experience with hex 23. At the beginning my relationship with her was ok, so I asked what future will I have with her? I've got hex 23.

You mentioned "getting back" together with her, did you ever made something bad that hurt her feeling? If yes, I guess she must be very sad and don't want to forgive you.

It seems everything was good at the beginning but slowly it become bad, if you study your hexagrams:

Hex 55 sounds good, but you missed the right time to do the right thing. Hex 9.4 doesn't seem good, hex 36.4 even worse, and so on ...
