When I looked at the questions Hilary has

What is the simple reality? Yoga helps me mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually
How might you return to a state of balance? Through attending yoga classes
What if it didn't all depend on you? That would be great....

15. Modesty maybe describing the sort of balanced self sufficient person one might become practicing yoga. I also see it as saying the results will be up to you - you will get out of it what you put into it.

Thanks rosada - that's for sure. It's a good deal for a month but obviously whilst I'm not working I need to be mindful of spending. I did attend a different yoga studio the other day the yoga was good the teacher was not.

15uc here is telling you to be very down to earth and practical here. Can you afford it ? If you can do it and of you can't don't. In 15 you put aside all visions of a future self as you might have in 16 and concentrate on the here and now. What matters here and now, just be sensible that's all it says.
