Is Hexagram 35 Unchanging to be read as positive in regard to seeking help?

Of course I know it can be viewed positively, but am wondering what others' actual experience of H35 unchanging has been?

In my work I am representing an author, and am trying to coordinate an event for him. I believe based on past positive experiences in this area that I may have become overconfident and set up something too ambitious; now I am trying to rework things, and outsource and have reached out to a professional association, to try and see if they might co-host him with me.

In any case, I have left a message at their venue, and asked the I Ching, "Can I expect positive feedback/help from Association X?" I received H35 unchanging, and as it speaks of horses (energy?) and being received in interviews, I am hoping this will be positive.

On the other hand, I do not want to leave anything to chance nor to take anything for granted here. Any insights or experience with H35 unchanging would be most welcome !:bows:

Yes, I understand 35 as infancy when the person is aided by others. Doesn't Ewald translate the Image? Sun on Earth, the kind of light you need.

Hexagram 35 unchanging represents a sound foundation for a new beginning.

My impression, from when I've gotten hex 35 uc, is that whatever I do will be seen by others, and that means that what you're doing will hardly be overlooked.
