Is Hexagram 5.1.5 a Sign of Foreboding?

Hello,

On January 19, at the end of a pleasant day, I asked the I Ching for general guidance and received Hexagram 5.1.5. Lines 1 and 5 sound a bit ominous, warning of challenges which lie ahead. My heart sank even though I am trying to see a positive message in this. Does anyone have any insight into how I can best interpret this reading? For what it is worth I have been struggling both emotionally and financially in the past few years and am trying to do everything I can to move into a more peaceful state of existence. Thanks in advance for any commentary.

Its not a bad reading at all. I don't think so. Its pretty good. Enjoy what you have while you wait. And keep your goals in focus.

Thanks so much, Blue Angel! My version of the I Ching makes specific reference to challenges which lie ahead but I guess there are always challenges. Not sure why I was inclined to look at the reading with trepidation. Think I have spent too long waiting for more pianos to fall out of the sky.. Lol Thanks again!

I agree with Blue Angel - it is not an ominous reading at all. Sometimes when we ask a question that has more than one factor within it - and the answer is more an indication of the challenges you face. Break your questions into smaller chunks and Find where you need to focus your energy
