Is this "buyer from hell" going to comeback to buy the house? 37.2

Ok so what I'm getting from this reading is that the I-Ching is not directly answering the question but pointing out on the most important issue, which is to attend to one own's family. Meaning that after 5 wks. of hell and extreme paranoid psychosis and such stress from these buyers...that now that they "officially" walked away from the contract...now is the time to rejuvenate the family and keep the hopes high in further selling the house.

I guess there's this hope that I have that there could be some symbolism in the hexagram & line that says that these buyers will come back and come back harmoniously like one big universal family of love gesture......lol it's been a rough summer.

I have to say I think the reading doesn't suggest a turn around. The Image for 37, "The superior man adds substance to his words and duration to his way of life," sounds like these buyers continue to act according to whatever the last agreement was, that is, that the deal is off.
The line seems to reassure you not to worry about this however.

Update: The buyer from hell did not buy the house but 2 weeks later a wonderful expecting harmonious couple came and bought it and now I'm living in one of my homelands, Costa Rica. You were correct!

Its good getting feedback - it is extremely useful to others and can put a smile on the face of the person whose interpretation was helpful. So many times there is silence.........37.2 is one of the lines that make me feel like the beginning of the Summer holidays....glad all is well
