Hello, everyone.
I have another reading I'd like to share.

I've been having intimacy problem with my boyfriend. We're currently on no sex policy because I reached the point when I can't sleep with him anymore. It feels like I have some kind of a mental block, I don't know. I'm gay but I was able to function in that area before.

What is the chance we'll function sexually again? I received: 60 unchanging
Is there something I can do to enjoy sex with him? I received: 28.3>47

What does it mean? That there'll be always limitation (60) and there's nothing I can do (28>47)? Is it the end? :duh:
Thank you for your help. :bows:

Take a more active role. 28 suggests the woman on top and 47 bondage.

Both readings suggest just taking a complete pause, or at least limiting the excess activity.
But reading pocossin's amazing answer (just wow!, I had a laugh) has shifted my perspective a little bit.

Maybe the no sex policy is the answer. Or it can be that you just need to use some other, slower technique.

Richmond, hex 60:
From a very small emerging energy flow we have a great outer surge or release of energy; the surge exhausts itself and we contemplate this because it leaves our inner being with very little energy. The common name of the hexagram is "limitation" and it is about providing this limitation so that a small resource is not squandered.

The intention is to spread resources, not to go into some sort of a fast, it is to learn control, not abstinence. Control requires just the right balance of inflow and outflow.

Spreading resources can be taking a break or exploring new techniques or even parts of human body, changing the rhythm maybe, covering your eyes :) I think you'll figure something out.

The second answer is saying the same thing - you need to restrain(47) the excess(28), or the "ridgepole" will break completely. It can literally be his penis, or just the sexual attraction/force/tension.

There can be a hint in the nuclear hexagram 1.2.4 -> 37
Legge:
2. (We see its subject as) the dragon appearing in the field. It will be advantageous to meet with the great man.

4. (We see its subject as the dragon looking) as if he were leaping up, but still in the deep. There will be no mistake.

Why are you expecting yourself to 'function' again as if you were a machine and what does it matter if you don't. Your sexual desire will follow your true feelings. You seem in other threads to imagine your sexuality is in some way pathological....you were looking for reasons for it and so on. It's not such a big deal...it's all okay. If you don't want sex with him then you don't want sex with him. 28.3 shows you trying to force what you don't feel...it won't work.

The answers are linked 28.3 you are pushing this too far. Hexagram 60uc know your limits.

I'd say ease off and enjoy other aspects of the relationship for now. If you want that is.

These are clear answers and no they really aren't telling you what to do in bed they go deeper than that to the real issue of what you are doing with him

Thank you. :bows:
I wish it was easier for me to embrace my sexuality but I'm obviously still in the bargaining stage, trying to push unpushable and hoping that things could work if I do this or that. I don't want to lose him but I'm probably losing myself instead.

LiSe says to the nuclear hexagram 1, line 2: Whatever one shows or does or even thinks should be genuinely and truly himself. Only oneself appearing is shining.
1.4: To find new ideas, dare to dance in the abyss and depart from certainty. Inspiration isn't found within fixed rules, old habits or formalities.

I asked: What can I do to be able to embrace my sexuality fully? I got 20 unchanging.
Taking time to think, seeing and being seen...
