Hello Clarity, stress and more stress as I try to find an apartment for too little money....

What do I need to know about xx apartment? 56.2,5 into 44
The owner will not lower the price cos her agent will not ask and needs money to buy as well

What if I buy xx apartment (what happens than-problems?) 31.5 into 62
This I asked in a very distressed, emotional state and maybe the answer was about not putting my heart in it so much as being practical and pragmatic-the place is modest, but a new facade will be made and I fear I cannot lower the price enough to afford a makeover I find necessary, to put it shortly...and since my first cast was 28.1,2,4 into 30 for asking how will the search for an an apartment go, I felt this was my chance, maybe now missed if another buyer was not a stunt.
If anyone can interpret independently but very soon, it may be very helpful.

I think emotions and associated thoughts (or v.v.) often play a role in our readings, including the ones where we look for objectivity. But the first step in acquiring an objective viewpoint is to get a handle on our emotional state, wouldn't you agree? This is not to downplay the high anxiety caused by the need to find a safe and reasonably comfortable and affordable place to live. Believe me, I feel you.

I think in all this transience and intense emotions, the one shining light (pun not intended but appropriate) is in h30, because it is clarity and light and recognition of dependence that can restore a sense of calm and sanity to your situation.

She will immediately give it to the first person who pays for it, so, perhaps not to you if you're trying to lower the price.

The influence/motive is way to small, lay low, don't do it - or, you'd have too little money.

28.1,2,4 into 30 for asking how will the search for an an apartment go
Aim for something which is not that great looking, especially its floor.
Take it even if you need to repair/cover some things - the essential bit is that you find a place (30).
Line 28.2 especially is very promising - perhaps an older landlord, or someone you already know?

These casts were done in reverse order and not at the same time, totally stressed, pms-ed, perhaps manipulated was when gotten 31.5.

28.1,2,4 into 30 for asking how will the search for an an apartment go was the first cast and to me it looked sensible: it is stressing, unbalanced situation as lines to me suggesting that i started with usual things, learning the basics, as futile as it was, we rookies have to go through these things.
Second line I saw as reconsidering an old idea-like this apartment i thought was problematic place as the add was out forever-even though i was told it was taken out from the market and i had to see the possibilities as modest as i could afford. And it was always an option to get something cheaper and get it fixed for my need rather than questionable fixes that are expensive and ugly.
Fourth line clearly stating not to push too far which i think i have done but within my reasons justified.

Diamanda makes perfect sense with explaining other 2 casts-it was probably sold already and my friend was not into it at all as the building looks bad and the tenant would not even let us in and it is in need of fixing for which purposes i fear will have not enough money so i tried to lower the price.

Line 5, Richmond:

Both lines have a feeling of a temporary solution. Maybe for a year or two or even three.
Use the house but don't 'marry' it (44).

I think you have good chances if you don't wait for too long (48.3). The house is there, go in, draw the water so to speak.

I live in the town by the sea and I would love to be near it (or at least with a wiew), but it means more expensive location.
My next two casts were about the same apartment-in case it was not clear. Fixes would not be that small but would be necessary.

This last cast was of a prophetic kind it seems, because I have just been told after 3 days of silence from my offer,that the seller got sick on Saturday and is in the hospital and the sale is cancelled all together and if we acted sooner, it would have been to my advantage!? as my offer would have been accepted-which suggests that there was no another buyer and that game of nerves ended in sickness! I am pissed off at agents, I have to say....and not sure why the sale would be off since the need for a new apartment is mutual....
I did read that something was in changing mode
A. While inner forces are being transformed they are unavailable for conscious use.
B. The image suggests the idea of "putting one's house in order." Something is being transformed.

The feeling is of resentment towards agent dragging it till seller got ill and than pinning it on me.
