Could it be more obvious? This was 17 flat I've seen. This time everything from my list manifested, great neighbourhood, new building, clean, shared but good people only two a woman and a guy middle 30s slightly older than my age, I will have my whole top floor with bathroom.. Room was big with desk and I will be able to do yoga! Everything just clicked, connection with the landlord from the start.. Price was decent I might be able to save more.. Hex 22 line 1 says that I can discard my chariot and walk on my feet (instead of being flashy and comfy in my own flat I will need to share) line 4 says that I present myself with good ("white ") qualifies and that it's time to choose between external brilliance (my own flat) or simplicity (sharing and developing myself more). Doubts? Some but rather small. The woman living there said that wooden floor sometimes make it loud for her or things like vibrating phone left on the floor or loud talking afte 11pm.. I sleep early apart from the weekends and I do believe we will be able to figure it out. Already paid the deposit and landlord said that she had another person but she quit due to some unforeseen circumstances. It felt that I'm carried away and protected by higher forces, and I'm glad I stood up to my values and didn't chose place with bad energy. Any comments guys? I'm grateful for your patience with my desperate posts related to this topic. Relating hexagram 56,the wanderer really does not require any further explanation!

Interesting how you went from 56>21 in the other thread to 22>56 in this one. It's like a bit of magic happened between there and here and 22.4 is quite a magical line IMO.

With 22.4 I notice there can be a feeling of 'this is too good to be true' as the opportunity/person/event appears dazzling promising much. But I think the line says you can believe it, this is 'not a robber'it's a really good thing.

I'm really pleased for you that this worry of finding somewhere is off your shoulders.

Whole top floor with bathroom sounds good !

My only slight concern is that top floor and wooden floor = noisy when walking on it. I might get some rugs or research how to insulate it better but I am rarely on my feet after 23pm during the week anyway. Yay! So happy big weight lifted up from my shoulders. Thank you guys for all your advices along the lines!

I've found a flat... BUT it's infested with carpet beetles! The very same beetle larvae I had problems with my CURRENT place! isn't this crazy? The place is ridden with them. It's a 3 bed house and I found some in lower floors too. Already notified the landlord that I will NOT move in. I won't be going through the same thing again. And they were crawling even on the bed mattress! How the guy living there before me didn't noticed them, it's unbelievable!!! She will contact Rentokil tomorrow but I think she doesnt realize how big effort [from every tenant in there!] is required to participate in chemical treatments that last for 2-3 months... and how much money it will cost her. :/ So I'm back in square one and not sure if she will transfer my money for the deposit and one month rent back to me. I doubt it :/

It is very odd that these are the same beetles you had in your current flat. But you did manage to sort it out in your current flat and wanted to stay there so maybe this can be sorted out.

Don't be too hasty.

If you don't take it she might be able to keep your deposit but she cannot keep your month's rent.

Also I wonder if the 56 reading you didn't understand might have been relating to the situation now,
https://www.onlineclarity.co.uk/fri...impasse-in-my-life-will-last-Hex-56-1-3-gt-21

...that can happen I think that Yi was kind of warning back then against the traveller making a big issue of something and burning down the dwelling place. Well what if by refusing that is what you are doing ?

I have no idea about carpet beetles and don't doubt you that this is a big problem but I guess I'm just hoping you aren't back to square one and that maybe if she's calling Rentokil you will be able to keep the place.

Yeah, exactly the same bugs.. Place is more let down than I initially thought but you tend to notice this only when you're there on your own (I went there to do some cleaning) I was able to "sort it out" last time only because I had no choice and I already moved in.. And it took me almost six months! For all the chemical treatments, every couple of weeks vacating the property, moving all of the stuff and furniture to middle of the toon to give access to the spraying.. And it wasn't that bad infestation as it is now - larvae crawling underneath the wooden floor planks, even on bed frame and mattress, in the bathroom, in the sheds.. I also spotted some in the hallway and bathroom on the middle floor. It's a 3 bed house and it would require tremendous effort from other two tenants to participate in solving this problem (they might not even realise it, idk). I don't see a point me going through all of this again. I deserve better than paying 1000 Eur per month for a flat like this. I can send you some pictures but I don't recommend it. It's hard to unseen.

You say the others may not notice the larvae and you didn't see it when you went the first time ?

How can they not see it if it's that widespread ?

So is your decision final ?

The fact that she is contacting Rentokil straightaway is a good sign - she didn't deny it or dismiss what you said so there is that.

How much time do you have to vacate your current property ? Is it 3 months ? Such a pity this one seems to be falling through.

I have no idea whether they know or not or ignoring it [I doubt it!] or it spreads from the top floor down ... but I have no clue how the person living there before me didn't noticed bugs crawling on his mattress.. and the place looks like it wasn't cleaned for a long time.

Some people are just odd or don't know what to do in such cases. But I have [unfortunately] experience with this and I knew where to look for. It's not like it was hard to find outside of my room. To be honest I really don't care.

I couldn't imagine any other reaction, my standards are healthy.

Originally it was November. But after they sell it might be 1-2 months more.. valuations will happen next week. I really even considered this like okay I will stay and kill them as they arrive there aren't that many - but then I looked more closely. They are literally everywhere. The floor is wooden and it might even need to be taken out and subfloor treated. The whole process will take several months and require a lot of effort. There's a lot of old stuff in the sheds in that top floor, those would need to be removed. Most of the pipes aren't secured properly (there are big gaps all around them which the bugs can use to spread) means a proofing is needed etc. I was extremely dedicated in my current apartment to solve this because I was ALREADY living in it. It was disgusting. And it required going on my knees sometimes and do deep cleans all the time. Why would I want to do it all over again? Even if they kill them, the dead matter will be lying underneath that floor in the gaps. Not the best place to practice yoga. So I think yes, my decision is final. I Ching result for moving in seemed okay but it also did in regards to my work colleague and it turned out that the other person did not moved out so it didn't materialized. On top of that other work colleague told me today his friend might be looking for a flatmate- I already wrote to him. The journey continues.

I also don't see any good reason for me to go through all this nonsense and suffering again. And maybe this is the biggest lesson here. No, not again.
