JET Application Situation: 13.1.3 to 12 and 32.2.3 to 16

I submitted all the required documents for the teaching program. If I get accepted to the program, I will be expected to submit physical and criminal records. I will be leaving in September in 2020.

What will happen in January and February regarding my JET application? 13.1.3 People in Harmony to 12 Blocked.

It is saying I can't proceed with the process (hex 12)? Is it because the program wanted someone with skills that is compatible with the program (line 1) and that I was not chosen (line 2)?

What will happen in April regarding my JET application? 32.2.3 Lasting to 16 Enthusiasm.

Is it saying that I feel happy with the process (line 16)? Before I get to this position, my chances are nil (line 2) and that it might not be what I thought of (line 3).

There will be some progress in January (or initially at least), but you've got a hidden enemy. Maybe someone will give you a bad reference, or a bad records reference. So this will result in things not getting done in January/February.

What will happen in April regarding my JET application? 32.2.3 > 16
You will persevere with your application, or they will appear to be ok and progressing with your application, but all this will change, it will take a turn for the worse. 16 means that they will either deceive you and not tell you straight, or, that you will still be under the illusion that this will proceed.

I'm sorry to say that this looks like a bad path for you to follow. I hope you're not spending too much time/money/hope on this.

It sounds like they'll initially offer something but they will back-track.

January is when I get to know if I get nominated for an interview, while April is when I know if I get accepted to the program.

From what you've said above, it seems these should be in the past tense - that this past January was when you would have known if you had an interview, and this past April was when you would have heard if you were accepted or not.

And in your case, you didn't get an interview nor were you accepted. Is that about right?

I wonder if what you called the 'hidden enemy' might be an ally in disguise, if you were to approach it the right way? Maybe consider - that instead of asking the Yi how things will turn out (and acting as if you have no control over the outcome), that you instead ask about your situation and what you might do in the present - to help you create the future you'd like to see happen.

The Yi may or may not be such a good fortune-telling device, but it is certainly good at telling us about our current situation and/or with giving us advice on how we might approach or act on our situation. And this is a much more useful - and interesting, and fun - way of interacting with the Yi, than to just use it for fortune-telling!
