I am currently working part time in an bank sales job as temp however i
am not sure if this sales job is good for me..thus i have sign the contract..

"I ask is the current bank job the right one to do now or should i wait?"

I would say that IC is signalling it's okay for now, but you might want to consider rephrasing your question. The way you've stated it here you are asking two things at once.

Hex 52 means keeping still, so as you already work at the bank sales job, this hex says for you to stay at this job, sign the contract and give it time to work out in your favour, keep your eyes and mind closed to the office politics and backbiting, keep to yourself.
