Job Application

Hello,

I recently asked the I Ching about the outcome of a job interview for a Big Company.
It was the second interview i had for the position, and it was a Skype interview like the first.
I spoke with two different people. The first was a very enthusiastic young lady which didn't ask me much; it didn't seem an interview, i almost thought they had already chosen me. In the second occasion i spoke with the "team manager", i wasn't brilliant but i answered the technical questions.
The first person even told me she was going instantly to send me material about Ireland (the place in which the job took place) which she never sent. After some time passed i was sure i didn't get the job.
Just after the second interview i asked the I Ching a possible outcome and i got 46.4 -- 32 which seemed a very positive one. Could someone please comment on this?

What's the protocol with this company? Should there be a 3rd interview?
Or did they just say "We'll get back to you".

They didn't say anything..
The team manager said at the end of the interview, "for me it's fine" (a bit vague) and "goodbye".
I started to have a bad feeling after the first interview, when the lady didn't send me the material promised. I even thought that the second interview wasn't going to take place, even if it was already fixed.
During the first interview the lady even asked me about a possible start date, which was appointed for the 5th of november. Now i'm looking elsewhere but I was asking myself about the possible meaning of this reading...

I believe you'll get this job. The line speaks of someone offering something great.
32 might mean 'permanent position'.

Just to say I didn't get this job (i knew already, but for those interested i confirm). In the last two months i sent hundreds of applications, and this one was my first interview.

But.. on the 5th of November i had an interview for another job in a public library not far from my place and i got it!

About the reading i posted in this thread... In Wilhelm's translation and in Berkers' (eclecticenergies.com) 46.4 can seem overly optimistic; I read on my book this line is about recharging one's strength. One needs to calm down.

I have to say it was an online consultation, and i didn't take the time to ponder a question; just after the interview, i felt the need of consulting the Yi Jing and rapidly i got the hexagram.

To sum it all: i believe i could have gotten this job, but is not what i really wanted (i was already aware of that). If I wanted it, i should have tried to contact the company a few days after the interview, and i didn't.

Moreover, the job was north of my place, much norther... I think departing towards the south means retiring, resting, finding companions..

I see that interview as a stage of my job search which finally ended with a good result.

Every single time I received 46.4 > 32, I succeeded in whatever endeavour it was about.
