Good afternoon,

I have been applying for jobs in childcare both paid and work experience and except for one response, who seemed very keen but changed their mind, I have not had any response.
Although yes there was one other one and she said great email and was going to ring me tomorrow but I changed my mind about the position myself.

So is Hex 30 with these changing lines saying that I am bragging about myself being too over the top or what exactly?

If it was just one or two with no response but there has been about 10

i guess if it was a question along the lines of 'show me a picture of this job applications situation' it would show , hmm actually this is more of an intuition then a direct interpretation , yet inspired directly from the reading, they are more interested in clinging to (30) people they already know of (63). Are these government jobs, I ask because any gov job or publicly funde3d area is renowned for inside hired and they merely advertise the job publicly because they are legally required but in reality have no intention of taking on an outside hire.

30.6 show a need to make thing clear to people, particularly important people. Perhaps they see you emails and think great but maybe you need to talk with them some more so they have a clear picture of who you are, so they see that you want the job. The warning in this line too is not to get upset when there is nothing to get upset about. Making it clear to them is also present in line 5 and in line 4 there is a danger that they may have overlooked your application.

Would it be easy and correct for you to perhaps approach them in person, if not organise a phone conversation?

I really think at this point in time in particular face to face or least voice to voice is what is persuading people, as opposed to email, an unexpected side effect of being over-cyberulated.

But looking at it again maybe there is one that is considering you seriously aqnd you need to make sure the application comes to completion, the theme of 63 is to keep things going even when you think all to be done is done.

This is going to sound very rude...and isn't meant to...but might they even see you as too old for the positions ? I mean they may be looking for people say 20s-30s The reading made me think of that...I'm looking at the whole picture. I see 63 as virtually 'already' and the 30 'cleaved to'. In 30.6 ones done the main bit already....I mean maybe you did that bit already., the whole childcare thing Also it seems to me most childcare workers here are pretty young. Not sure why, I mean in creches etc they seem very young....perhaps its cos of the high energy needed .

Its a mystery...like hairdressers are always young here...I'm not sure where all the older ones go to. I have a brilliant one who is about 40ish which seems to be about the oldest they get. I asked her where they all go. I think she said alot of them went mobile Mobile child care ?

I'm going down the route of if you aren't getting anywhere it may be its really not for you but thats only one way to see it. Chingchings points can still apply


It could be also that you do something slightly off track of what you are now considering. 30.6 is generally about getting the main bit of something and letting peripheries go. Perhaps you studied the main thing you need ...but you aren't necessarily going to use it in child care...but something else to do with kids...or a skill you developed that won't be to do with kids ? I've got the feeling you might move on from this idea altogether....perhaps into something better than you now envisage. 30.4 its looks like a good idea. 30.5 you mourn it when it goes. 30.6 you have a transferable skill to take elsewhere...

You already are in pssession of the skills you need (63) but this particular route seems blocked. The yang change pattern is hex 12...(see lines 4,5 and 6 change)so hex 12 is how you enter into this. The yin change pattern is 11 so looks like theres a powerful flow out of this

Chingching - no not government positions and some of them I am just asking about work experience so they could 'use' me and then let me go after the 100 hours is completed. I am applying for positions about 800kms away from where I am as I am wanting to move closer to my sone and his wife and the excitedly expected grandchild.
I am not so upset about each individual position just seems weird and frustrating to me that I have applied for so many and noone is answering.
I am thinking the same as trojan about the age thing and I know if they actually say this to me it wld be considered discrimination....: /

trojan - very interesting things you have said - I am studying primary school and preschool teachers aid - 2 seperate certificate - last year I let go of the preschool one and then a couple of weeks back I realised I only had 2 modules to go on the preschool one so decided to finish it although I still have to do the 100 hours - however the reason I started studying all this in the first place was because I want to teach kids the way to reach their full potential as the education system seems seriously lacking.
It is on par with the 'psychic' readings I do for adults, it's not about being a fortune teller but more to do with how to move on from where they may be 'stuck' or you know not much different to the way the IChing works I guess - a lot of IChing I reckon is giving us a kick up the b..!!
I love doing the readings more than anything else I do and to bring it to kids would be awesome too just gotta work out a way to do it for very young children - through play or something, still trying to work this one out.

There has been the element of decisions made in haste. If I were you, I'd show the resume to somebody and have them look it over and make suggestions. Line 30.6 often indicates that there is only one thing that needs to be changed for the whole situation to start fresh, to begin again, as a new dawn.
