Job change castings 59.6>29 and 7UC and 10.1.2>12

I’ve been at a new job now for 5 weeks. I left a job of 14 yrs. things have been basically what I thought they would be - what I was hired for and how I was interviewed - to come in and “fix” inefficiencies and create better processes. I was actually “recruited” because of my skills.
I work in a relatively small office (construction job) with 7 other women in the “accounting” section and then about 18 male engineers and 3 male executives. I was sought out and hired by one of the male executives because of my reputation (of being a badass). The 7 women are a mixed bag - some “seemingly” helpful and others seemingly annoyed by my presence.
I left tonight that I should inquire with the I Ching on what was the state of play.

my take on these hexagrams is that the women really don’t like me and don’t care to know me, so I have to watch everything I do or say and that it is not going to change anytime soon (10.1.2)
27.1.2.3.6 is telling me to not worry about all that. I’m not there to make friends. To just focus on the details of the job, do what I was hired to do and lead!
It seems in the next month interactions with my boss (the guy who hired me) could be a little intense and that I have to just take what comes and be accepting of any attitude I’m getting from him (61.1)
Getting hexagram 7UC - the army - as the answer to “what is my biggest danger in the next month” - that pretty much sums up the situation I was kind of feeling. Everything is a battle, everyone is watching every move I make and waiting to see if I fail. I have no room for error and little chance of advancing anything. Aside from the realised stress of a 7UC cast - it’s really to be expected in this situation I guess. So I’m not alarmed.
but the one cast I’m worried the most about is 59.6 “what does my future there look like”. I asked this from a place of long term visioning. So to receive “dissolving” “scattering ones blood. Leave to go far away. no fault” - well... I’m just not seeing a pretty picture with that. What I’m getting is feelings and situations are/and will continue to be negative, rigid, and inflexible and I basically have to just go with the flow and stay detached. Am I missing a better meaning?
Thanks for any input you might have. Do you think my interpretations are good?

hello lorna, just want to add a personal note regarding colleagues being annoyed by one's presence, these are difficult times and possibly people are worrying more than usual about their position at work, seeing any new "arrival" as a possible threat. having said that...

- how do the women see me - 10.1.2> 12

10.1 - they see nothing wrong with you, you're new and just doing your thing, 10.2 seems to be saying they may see you as a bit aloof maybe as you're more experienced? and you might get yourself "stuck" (12) by worrying too much about how they see you.

just trust yourself, be prepared, drop any possible presumptions.

don't see any danger here unless you're afraid of working as a team 7 has more to do with being part of the army (a team), working together towards a common goal, than with battling (that's more in hex 6, conflict).

What does my future look like with the company — 59.6>29

don't think they necessarily need to be negative but also not too sure about this cast in general, it could be about dispersing the attitude that leads to bloodshed, like not looking at it as a battle but instead being more gentle with yourself and others. 29 is only really scary if you don't have any means of (emotional) support or can't "swim" / are afraid of depths. hope this helps.
