Job hunt - Hex 16.3 & Hex 48.4.5

I am still struggling to get work and the hindrance is my condition as a foreigner. I have asked two questions:
1.What are my chances of getting work considering my current strategy?
The answer was Hex 16 with 3rd moving line. In my view, this one is blunt to the point. I am getting nowhere and there will be cause for remorse.

2.What are my chances with a new strategy that I have in mind?
Then I got Hex 48 with 4th and 5th moving lines.

I do not know how to interpret this one. I am not sure about 48.5 because the line is about having the potential but it is not clear to me if in fact I am going to succeed.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

I'm looking at 16.3 and thinking it's giving you a bit of a gee up about your mindset. Try to stop thinking negatively as this is bringing some of your current sorrows in on you. Simplify your strategy and be direct in your actions.

48 - The Well ....The Image gives "Amending the city does not amend the well". Perhaps this is saying that changing the strategy may not be the answer that you think it will be. The Well is about communication and interaction and underlying structures and issues. Mabe there is an element here advising you not to set your targets too high. Wells are pretty low level things .

48.4 - What is going on at the moment is not a mistake - it's for the greater good. It is building a better "lining" for you for the future.

48.5 - What is going on at the moment will bring about a fresh way of looking at things and you will see clearly what you have to do .

Changing lines 48.4.5 > 32 Perservering - Endure and renew the way. Say no more !!

Hex 16.3 says not to depend upon others in your search for work, it is more a matter of you going out and looking by yourself and it is telling you not to waste any time in your search as you cannot wait.

Hex 62 this hex is advising you not to go after some high paying job but to take something more lowly, you need to be prepared to take anything, then you will get a job, not what you really wanted but nevermind it will be a job with a salary.

Hex 48.4 this line says that you will be unable to make any progress for the moment, no job.

Hex 48.5 this suggests that you certainly have the potential to get a job but again it is entirely down to you to succeed.

Hex 32 says that if you don't get a job using your new strategy then you won't.

Thank you both.

It is crystal clear in your interpretation that I have to aim at a lower level kind of work, which I do not mind at all even though it is not easy to leave experience and qualification behind. Anyway, I guess it is part of the decision of living in a foreign country.

Mike, you are right. I am a bit pessimistic at the moment; my communication could be better, my strategy could be simpler and more direct. I am hopeful that the well is being “lined” and I will see things more clearly.

Willowfox, you have clarified Hex 48.4,5 a lot. Well, of course Hex 32 is a bit of a concern here. But it is important that I look at this straight to the point reading as I am somehow stuck and I really need to keep on going.
