Job issues

I am not seeing a lot of success at work and just lost a project that could have been a turnaround for me this week.

Today I asked" what is my future chances of keep working at my current job"

I got 24.1.2 changing to 7

I have been doing some research on my own...but both the hexagrams"return" and "army" are leaving me confused...

Please advise with your perspective

My hunch says this is telling you that the mistake/failure to secure the project (the "small digression" hinted at in line 1) can be remedied provided you accept advice and guidance from competent co-workers or supervisors and focus on working as an efficient team (The Army).

It says mistakes happen, that is part of the job but do your best not to let it happen again and then you will be fine. Hex 7 says that you are a part of an organization, so you ain't going anywhere.
