Should I accept the job offer in Columbus, GA or stay at my internship and continue to look for something else?

Hexagram 41.5.6 to Hexagram 60.

I interpret this as I have had good fortune by getting an offer which I am grateful for. But I also have mixed feelings about the position and location. This says I can persist but I will have limitations in my continued job search.

Then I asked, "What's the best thing for me to do"?

Hexagram 27.5 to 42

The line says turning away from the path. Perseverance brings good fortune. Don't undertake anything big. So, I interpret this as in don't accept the offer immediately - maybe persist in your job search til you find something more closely related to what you are already doing....

Any thoughts?

In my opinion you've asked too many questions at once and that makes the response impossible to interpret.

Then I asked, "What's the best thing for me to do"?

This is a much clearer question and I think you've interpreted it correctly. Also, if you stay in the internship you might find an adviser who might guide you with regard to your future path.

I agree that you asked too many questions at once. It is too convoluted and asks about several paths at once. The smaller, more specific questions are better, especially when they are about the inner you and not someone else. The yi is a tool about inner truths and not a ouiji board. It doesn't tell the future ALTHOUGH it might seem that way sometimes, but our brains are very powerful. When filling in the blank about a future, the shorter term is best, the more tightly focused it is, then our minds, thus the yi, makes it look like we can tell the future. For instance, ask the yi, is it my destiny to open the refrigerator door in the next minute? It will give you something within the probabilities of whatever decision you made, if yes then yes, if no then no, if hesitant then hesitant, if obstinate then obstinate will be the answers, most with heavy inflections about ego. the answers you get are what YOUR internal mind knows and thus can be brought to light through yi, thus enlightenment. the answers you seek will always be what you already know. This is pure yi.
