45.1.5>3 what to do next?

Dear Clarity Friends,
I have recently asked to the I ching a direction on what to do, how to act and where to look after my contract ends at the end of August.
The Book answered 45, 6 in the beginning and 9 in the 5th place which gives 3.
I am having some difficulties to read this, in relation to my situation.
Any insight?

Have you asked if they will renew your present contract?

yes, and there is this chance but I am on a temporary post now, and the renewal depends from the fact that the person on this post finds something else. It is unclear (but not excluded) if there would be funds to keep me here if he comes back.

Perhaps it would be wise to make further inquiries regarding a renewal, its always best to ask early.

Now that sounds so much more promising with Hex 51 tagged on the end.

13 years after update, they renew my contract, but the relationship didn’t ended after less then a year: y boss moved to another country and the new boss got rid of the whole team…
