My landlord has offered to pay me to move out of my apartment where I have lived for 26 years. His offer is a serious amount of money for me, but far less than my legal advisor says is commonly paid in my city, and in my circumstances. If I accept it would mean moving to a new place, where I am not sure. I am considering pursuing a negotiation with the landlord to see if we can come to an agreement, but I am not sure if moving is best for me at this time. I asked the oracle, "what advice does the oracle have for me regarding the buyout offer on my apartment?" I received hexagram 9.4.6 > 43. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I've had this cast a few times, about situations in which I had no negotiating power. Unfortunately I don't think you can remain in your apartment, and I doubt you can convince your landlord to give you more.
