Hi all, Fair warning I'm relatively new to yi.
As part of my daily querent of insights about the day I received 37.1.3.6>8.
I have been struggling to find my role at work as i am sort of a mid manager and want the best for my team but also want to be a good leader.
Unity(8) suggested if feeling compelled ask about your qualities to be a leader. My querent:
What insight is there to give on the state of my character, including but not limited to my sublimity, constancy, perseverance, on my motives, and my harmony worth the cosmos to be a leader in bringing unity.

The result:
38.3.4.6>11
Contradiction. Not yet ready. Still developing as person and sorting out own issues. My personal relationship with this is I often feel like the outsider and isolated but deeply desire oneness.
3. There will be difficulty but it ends well.
4. You will discover a kinsman
6. You will mistake a friend as a foe.*

11. Peace/prospering.
Once resolved I will be a bring of union and peace.

I know this is basic. Any further insight. Am I on the right path of interpretation?

Welcome to Clarity, Wanderland. Yes, I think you are on the right path. You are the querent, and the question is the query.

I think your question is, What leadership qualities do I need?

First, you are willing to ask questions :) But it can be lonely at the top. If you want your team to work together, there needs to be no favoritism and minimal fraternization. You will be setting goals and seeing that results are achieved, and at times the workload cannot be distributed evenly, so more will be asked of some than of others. Pay the workhorses with thanks and praise. Line 3: difficulties are sure, but stay on course. Line 4: delegate to the responsible. Line 6: handle faults gently.
