Well, this may sound a bit strange. It'll take some more lines than usual, I think.
I've learned Esperanto over the past years. I started studying that language years ago. But there have so far been only a few contacts. I mainly learned E. by reading, not by communicating. Besides, I've studied graphology and (my main topic) astrology . Then I wrote a book: "Handwriting and astrology". (I know, quite a lot of interests at the same time ...). I was asked to give a lecture on graphology in Esperanto (without any reference to astrology, however). But I now feel that I do not really want to be associated with the E."movement" - although I still believe that E. is a wonderful language. On the other hand I feel obliged , having agreed to give that lesson.
So I asked : "Should I really give that lecture about graphology in Esperanto?"
What I got was 12.4 resulting in 20.
Actually I find it hard to really get the message.
I'd appreciate getting some kind of advice.

I think 12.4 is encouraging you to give the lecture. You may find you become more enthusiastic about the project once you actually start preparing for it (the "stalemate" feeling becomes unstuck as the lecture comes into "view").
Interesting that Saturn, the planet of obligations is retrograde at the last degrees of Sagittarius, the sign of foreign languages, and you feel you've gone as far as you care to go with Esparanto and you'd like to back up, retrograde, from this commitment.

I heard a line I like (Woody Allen?) - you could use it in promoting the talk:

"Learn to speak Esperanto like a native!"
