WoodTiger, that's a wonderful name. A beautiful animal. Or even a powerful golfer we all know.

24.2 seems very hopeful for you., not just a return to your Self but also an upturn in your life. Commentaries include:

"The man makes an admirable comeback through an act of self-mastery.This is made easier by the example of a good man."

The Yi might be considered a good man, and of course there's a plethora of spiritual teachers online and perhaps in your own life. Might be time to do some serious investigation. Who teaches self-mastery? Without knowing anything about you, martial arts comes to mind. Little room for ego when you work with a good instructor.

Helping others also has the potential for working through ego issues. John Blofeld says of this line, "This good fortune results from our treating others with loving-kindness."

Hiya Poised, thankyou so much for your reply and help :)

@ ur comment on martial arts, well i'm thinking of trying karate for discipline, karate and tai chi.

And helping others, your so right, my partner has serious bi-polar and its so stressful, my ego says "run, how embrassing, how shameful, run, get the hell out of there", but when i center myself, meditate and rest, i know i love him so much he needs so much loving support that i will never turn away.

I look with hope to my return of a balanced happy life.
