Hello, again.

I am, still, looking for a way, a solution, a job...so I came back with a question. Or two.
Here things really are difficult.

The first question is about sending CV's to answer job offers in another region.
The answer: 8.1 to 3

The second question was "am I supposed to stay here?"
The answer: 8

Will someone help me understand that? waht do you read in these answers?

Thank you!

If you refer to this thread http://www.onlineclarity.co.uk/frie...-repetedly-wrong&p=197435&posted=1#post197435 , you may understand how I view hexagram 8, and line 1 is yet another example of first holding with yourself, keeping yourself together, or more specifically, holding together with those parts of yourself which help your cause and help you to find the best direction for your career, whether to stay or move on. This is a new time, a new page, a new sprout, and newness presents difficulties and obstructions.

8.1 brings unexpected good luck and a windfall. This could be the lucky break you have been needing and wanting.

Thank you both. I do not understand. I really don't.
It's been a too long time with no job, no money, no good news. Only debts, problems. Depending on my morher's help, which I knew would stop helping at some point. 8? Possibility of great things? Really? At this point, a decent job, with a decent salary for me and my son to have enough food and clothes would be a miracle!
The possibility is always there! Good things happen! Yes! But they keep being there, never here. And those good things are for people who do things in a certain way. The last thing I want is to keep having this, struggling, never having enough money for the basics.

Keeping together? What parts of me? Sorry. I really do not understand. And thank you anyway.

Well Olga, thank you. I have and am sending resumes. More than 1000 in 2 years. Went to approx. 50 interviews. :(
And I am sending resumes. Everywhere. But you see, if they call me for an interview 200kms from here, And I don't have the money to go, what's the point??

Although I know life has ways....and I really want to believe....it's too hard.

It must be devastating to send 1000 CV, get 50 interviews and no job and perhaps that has influence your motivation or the way you look for a job or communicate yourself at interviews. I agree with sooo's advice and rendering of 8.1>3.

You're thinking of sending a cv but you feel like it won't work. I don't underestimate the difficulties , emotional and practical , i do understand how it is , but some of them might hold you back. It might feel as 1000 rejections or 50 rejections but Yi says try to hold yourself together.

is there any program for long-term unemployed people or for single mothers or a part time job or a very temporary job ? maybe its not the solution but returning to the workforce maybe will help you. Even a volunteer work might be of some help.

Do you have people that can help you ? have you in mind when they hear for an opening, have a look at your cv / cover letters or rehearse interviews ? If your current job is to find a job, what thing you would do, what thing you would like to put aside because the hinder you ? The feedback you got from the interviews how can it help you to revise your plans ?

I don't see as the yi says yes or no to apply in that other region , but if you decide to apply , just don't think you can't go to the interview. Concentrate on how you can get one and then , when you have a real problem , i.e how to pay for the trip , deal with it when it appears.

I wish you good luck
