likelihood of a return

Hi I got 34 unchanging for the question of a man returning in my life. We had a falling out but we still have intense telepathic ties to each other and it's quite intense. I've tried doing constant cord cutting but he keeps coming back in my energy space. He blew hot and cold with our relationship so I got really disappointed in him before but we connect so well. Our life circumstances and long distance has not helped it as well.

I am not sure if he is going to return with the intuitive messages being sent my way or not I hope someone can help me interpret this better.
