I am house sharing at the moment. The original tenant who I am sharing with has been renting the property through a real estate for a couple of years but unfortunately it is a real estate I had a run in with a couple of years ago - I think there is a thread about it somewhere on this site.

Long story short the real estate has said I am an 'undesirable tenant' and has told the original tenant I do not have permission to be residing here.
It has nothing to do with the actual rental in the past but a personal issue. The original tenant has asked the real estate to reconsider his decision. This is very stressful for both of us although I am planning to move closer to my children in the short term it is horrible to be told I am an undesirable tenant.
I have a number of excellent references from real estates before and after my run in with this one.

What will be the real estate's decision

It's an indignity to be told that one is an undesirable tenant, but the lines and resulting hexagram are inauspicious that the agent will be forgiving. You plan to move anyway, so flowing away from this situation seems the best course.

I also had the general feeling that all of this would bring about old matters back to the light, making you relive it over again...I think its about how much you want it.

Thks pocossin and dragona - reliving it has had a huge impact on my mental and emotional well being and it made me feel exactly the same as it did when it happened and I guess I just don't understand why I had to relive it.
That's the thing I really only want to stay here because other things are not set in place for my move yet but I do understand he can't make me move out legally but I certainly don't want any further dramas - so if the worst case scenario happens I am just gonna say I will be gone by the end of May. thks again have a joyous day - Liss

What happened in the end - The real estate did nothing so I stayed a while longer but there was a great shock from the original tenant who started to harass me so I rang the police on him and moved out at a very rapid rate as you can imagine.
Hex 51 the shock/harassment and Hex 12 was him trying to obstruct me from moving out and/or the police obstructing him from any further harassment.

This was like history repeating itself except this time instead of it being the real estate it was the original tenant. - Liss
