Agreeing with Anon 2's statements. Or, to look at it another way:

"...if the results we get in a reading are not good ones can we ... turn the bad into a good outcome"

Sometimes, and you might ask the I Ching how to go about it, too.

"Does anyone of you have lived a situation in which the IChing answer was not good but it was possible to turn the bad outcome into a good one..."

Yes, and I've also lived out situations where I got a positive reading and things DIDN'T turn out well - not acting at the right time or following the advice well, sometimes not *understanding* the advice very well.

Often the Yi itself tells you how to get a good outcome. Some examples: 39.6, 40.4, and 62.3. But you have to do what is suggested - only a few lines say "do nothing and it'll turn out right anyhow..."

"24.2>19 " I think this means you need to commit to each other and the relationship in order to advance together - keep in mind though that 19 suggests that this road will eventually start to get rocky. (You'll need to figure out how you deal with the eventual rough patches later - and don't worry, every relationship that lasts any amount of time has them.)

BTW, I don't think this means marriage or anything - for now, emotional commitment at the level that might bring people to decide to live together - given your question/intent.

"16.4>2" In this case, being attactive (in multiple ways) and open minded, so that he wants to be with you.

Quite possibly, more useful than anything I can write here is to think about what these hexagrams and lines say/mean to you and how that applies to the contenxt of your relationship.
