I haven't talked to anyone in my family - siblings, parents (both now deceased) pretty much for about 20 years. I never grew up with extended family cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents except in 1974 when a maternal aunt and 2 cousins came to visit us in Australia from the United Kingdom.
My male cousin and I connected very strongly, we were both 13 at the time and apparently we swapped airmail letters a few times but I haven't heard from any of them since.
Recently I've really started to work on my family patterning, which hasn't done me any favours in this lifetime, and I've a desire to trace my family history which I know was super interesting from what little my parents shared.
Last night I connected with my said male cousin and it turns out he's been living in Australia for many years, has had contact with my siblings, said he asked them about me but said they were vague and didn't tell him anything.
He was absolutely delighted to hear from me and can remember more of our time spent together than me.
He's very keen to catch up and spend some time together but he lives in another state and it's one of the cold southern states in Oz so I'm not keen to go until September when it's Spring.

He's very exuberant about it all but I'm not so much. Actually I'm nervous (given my family dynamics) and really only wanted to speak to him to get our family history.
What do I need to know about our connection 10.1.4.6>29

Conduct myself in a genuine way and even though my inner tiger is nervous and apprehensive all will be well.

Side note - I got a psychic reading last week and she picked up on many things. Although she didn't mention reconnecting with this cousin she did say it's important for me to go to the state he actually lives in. Now I know why....

Hello
You asked about the connection between you and your cousin. The I Ching is answering about that, not giving you advice, as you put it:
"Conduct myself in a genuine way and even though my inner tiger is nervous and apprehensive all will be well."
Hex. 10 is treading over the tiger's tail -- caution during advancement, and 29 is the Abyss, danger. As you mentioned "family dynamics", I think you should be concerned that the connection has a caution flavour, that you should consider. If you give some thought to the details that only you know about, there will be good fortune (l. 6).

Thank you isacosmo. Definitely caution needed and I can feel he's withdrawn a little....

What is the potential I'll hear from him again
46.1.3>19
Line 1 it started out all good
Line 3 there's nothing to sustain it

I read that l. 3 is rather about an "open-ended" situation that may or may not go the way one wishes. I suggest (nothing at all to do with divination!) you be a watcher over the developments. And be cautious as per first cast.
Stay well!!
