Longest Shutdown

The shutdown become the longest federal shutdown in US history. The longest state shutdown was in California in 1996, lasting 62 days. I asked, "How will Trump feel after the government reopened?" The answer is 48.3.5 to 7. Hex 7 is the meaning; do that mean Trump will declare a national emergency? I then asked, "When will we see light at the end of the tunnel for the shutdown?" The answer is 57.6 to 48. Can this be Lindsey Graham acting as mediator for Trump to reopen the government?

57.6 No end in sight.

Together it appears to me that Trump gets something towards building (47.3) the wall.

Seeing that there is no end in sight, I asked, "How close are we from the light at the tunnel for the shutdown?" My answer is 6.2 to 12. Looks like nothing still is getting through.

Seeing that McConnell doesn't want to budge, I asked, "What will make McConnell budge?" 3.1 Spouting to 8 Seeking Union. Looks like his inner life is growing outwards before working with his Republican colleges to reopen the government. Any thoughts?

3.1 - 8. Confused about who to partner with?
So maybe he is waiting for orders? Like he budges when his 8. Partner tells him too? Would that partner be Trump? Or Putin?

I read on CNN that the meeting was respectful, and Trump wasn't combative. I asked, "How close are we from the end of the shutdown?" 11.3 Flow to 19 Nearing. Line 3 means there is a point of no return, while people will still be suffering. Hex 19 meant that we are almost the end.
