Why the lies? The answer given is 30.3.4 to 27

I have no idea where to start with an understanding. Please HELP!

Hi, well no real context is given, hehe... but 27 can mean it satisfy who ever is telling the lies, it can also mean the mouth, maybe it's easy for them to tell them. You have two yang lines and I usually just focus on one, so the highest one, which is 30.4, and the same, it is a facility that they have, it comes and goes, maybe they don't even give thought about telling them, it's only natural. Anyhow, that's how I would see it
