This case seems to be interesting, it deals with office everyday life.
I was looking forward to receiving an important document from a company located in the other country. This document was planned to be delivered via one of express mail services. When I received the envelope, I discovered there was no document I was waiting for, among others. I immediately contacted the senders who said that they were perplexed and could not explain the absence of the doc. I guessed that they just forgot to put the doc in the envelope. They said they had sent us two pages - yes, there were 2 documents on one page each, and one of them was really the document they mentioned. But second one was the other, not ours - perhaps, they mixed them up.
I asked why we had not got the document we needed with this sending: 24.5 >3
I feel they forgot to put it in the envelope and did not send it (3), but they promised to send it again (24.5).
