Hi all


I hope you can offer any thoughts regarding a reading a friend asked me regarding some delays on his job situation/ application. Its not clear to me and I don'twish to give false impressions .. although I have warn them that Idon't do reading for others


There are some changes inthe company they were discussing and seemed they wanted to hire them but now the situation seems a bit stale


Q : general diagnosis ofthe situation : 13.3.5.6 > 51


!3.3. seems to say that the standard have change and there is a hesitation / mistrust or thepeople responsible for the recruitment are being careful because of the new condition. Nice line but there is a important IF … I wonder if this suggest my friend initiate any discussion or any other course of action.

13.5 changes to 30 and that makes me think whether issues need to be clarified

13.6 hmmm.. not that great line, imo. Loose contacts ,not something deep . I'm not sure it indicates a positive outcome however translation talk about work in progress and nothing conclusive.

As for h51, I read it in two ways. Either the recent changes are the reason for the delays or an advise to my friend to keep their composure and either wait or move on . I read the last email they send to them and seems the person in charge has to talk with another person due to the recent changes .


Your help will be much appreciated. Friend is feeling a bit low and me not clear about this reading , so I don't wish to make things worse

I think the 51 is reflecting your friend's distress at the situation.

Line 3 indicates to me his position of mistrust of the situation. Your friend suspects some sort of problem and is trying to suss it out.

Line 5 implies to me that this situation will resolve itself or at least that there will be an understanding, though what it would be I am not sure. I've seen enough talk about this line on this forum to know sometimes this reconciliation is simply agreeing to go separate ways, while sometimes it can mean a coming together.

Like you, I am not sure how line 6 factors in here. Perhaps, as the question asked was not of an outcome but of a diagnosis of the situation, it's referring to what will follow that understanding - the fellowship has not yet happened, but there is no conflict.
Maybe they'll let him know his application has been put on hold for now?

I am not sure. Maybe he should ask another question, such as what he needs to do about this or what the outcome of his application will be. Might be a bit clearer.

There was a merge in two different departments and seems that the person who was dealing the case of my friend has to report to the new manager, who seems to be responsible for those two department and it appears that the job description might have been altered a bit but the recruiter didn't say it clear just mention that she has to discuss some new issues with her supervisor. This is why I asked here if anybody seems a course of a specific action. My friend decided to respond to her email and mention that if they need some clarifications on some specific experience and relevant reference ,they can submit them .
