thank you willow. your reading is pretty much what i thought - but i wasn't very sure about the 5.5 with 11. i am curious to know where the "you should be back to normal within the next 7 days" comes from? please explain.

Yeah, well, hopefully it will even be sooner. Images in the Yi are symbolic, not literal. When it says seven days or three days in the Yi, it just means 'after some time'. That period of time is variable, according to the situation.
