Hi,
A couple of weeks ago, a met someone at a festival. Since then we have met up and he's stayed at mine a few times, but he is actually Italian/American and was just visiting the UK, with the possibility of staying permanently or going back to Italy.
I think I upset him, as I said he could stay at mine whilst he was here, and then felt maybe it was a bit much and backed out. I was really enjoying his company though and we had made plans to spend the bank holiday weekend together and go to the countryside next week.
There was a bit of a misunderstanding and the next day when I contacted him he had booked a flight and was already back in Italy. Just like that within 24 hours, without saying goodbye. My impression as to why he left is that: he gave up because I was being a bit allusive and didn't seem that keen, and he was missing Italy so went home simple as that.
I was so upset when I realise he had gone, I was even upset before I realised he was gone, and was crying for no reason, when he must of been on his flight back to Italy. I feel so upset now, and feel like I've missed out on what could have been a really good thing! Even though when he was here I wasn't 100 sure if I was really attracted to him, but really enjoyed his company.
I feel it's time to let go now, and move on. It feels too late to do anything about it, and I don't feel I know him that well to go over to Italy to see him, but anyway: here are three thee questions I asked the I Ching. Maybe I'm asking the wrong questions...? Thanks for any responses, sorry for long-winded explanation!
Will he come back to the UK and see me?: 4.6
Should I go to see him in Italy?: 8 (unchanging)
Will I even get the opportunity to go see him in Italy?: 61.4
Why did he go back to Italy: 30.3
Show me the situation between me and him: 53 (unchanging)

I also asked is it to late for me and X and got: 18.1...
Kind of looks like it isn't but then he's in Italy now! :-(
(probably asking too many questions!)
Just to add I think with this guy it feels like I only realised what I wanted when it was gone....you see I had two other dates lined up this week, one with someone I had a bit of a complicated thing with...and it was kinda of a case of too many buses coming at once and not knowing which one to take...until it's too late...(or that is how it feels...)I don't care about the other two guys at all now...
