Mi2 crops up in 2 and 24.6. I'm leaning toward 'delusion' rather than 'confusion' for the translation.

Confusion is when you don't know what's what, and you KNOW you don't know what's what.

Delusion is when you think you know what's what, but you're wrong.

Right now, it seems to me that in 24.6, it's definitely a case of delusion - if you were merely confused you wouldn't be acting, but the danger in this situation is that you're planning to proceed on faulty assumptions or assessments - delusion, in other words. Whatcha think?

But in Hex 2, it seems that both 'delusion' and 'confusion' are possible. Whatcha think?

mí mi2 迷 (4450) mi – n. confusion, amazement, bewilderment; v. to deceive, delude, confuse, lead or go astray; to lose one’s bearings; to enchant, become enchanted with. Old Chinese: v. to lose the way.
02.0 24.6

My feeling is there isn't enough context in either 2.0 or 24.6 to make a definitive call. You are right to point out that "confusion" and "delusion" are two very different things. To me, "delusion" has a slightly Buddhist tinge. I can't imagine a court diviner suggesting to a Zhou king that he is "deluded"; he might say "confused" and still walk away with his head on his shoulders. Still, it's your call. Whatever translation you decide upon, half of us won't agree with anyway.
