mistrust with friend 55.2 55.5 > 43

I don't trust a friend of mine I have reasons for that.

So I asked "Should I trust her?"
55.2 55.5 > 43
I am suprised from the answer. 55.2 and 43 talks about trust issues.
55.2 talks about mistrust and hate. Indeed.
" If one rouses him through truth, good fortune comes." Does it show that I have not to worry and she deserves my trust or she will show me that she deserves my trust?
55.5 " Lines are coming, blessing and fame draw near. Good fortune." It seems auspicious.
43 "Blofeld: Resolution. When a proclamation is made at the court of the King, frankness in revealing the true state of affairs is dangerous. [In vital matters, frankness may prove dangerous.] In making announcements to the people of his own city, it is not fitting for the ruler to carry arms. [It is better to repose trust in our own people.] It is favorable to have some goal (or destination)."

Does this mean that she is my own person and I should repose trust in her?

Overall, yes I have real trust issues with her as she has lost my trust in the past. What do you think from my answer? Does she deserve my trust or will she disappoint me for one more time?

Sometimes when we get a highly charged positive omen with a negative question it means the opposite. As in, yes, you're right & the blessings are just the reflection of the potent forces. That applies to line 5 of 55 as I see it.

The fact of the attraction of the lines & the change to Breakthrough represent the stuckness of the situation and your alliances, to some degree. Though I Ching cycles are relatively short lived so you will have continued your self-reflection & choices by now further along.

I think line 2 maybe describing how you feel and line 5 is reassuring you that you can indeed trust her.

Hexagram 55, line 5
Wing: "Be receptive to the opinions of others."

However, with hexagram 43 as your relating hexagram, I believe that you may have to ultimately trust yourself and your intuition and not rely predominately on your friend. It may be saying that you need to find the balance between mistrust and dependency, when it comes to this person.

Basically, you are asking if she is a trustworthy person, and the I Ching has refused to answer that sort of question. It has reflected your state of mind back to you and has advised, "Do not worry."

I think you got the 43 because the context of your question is that you are trying to make a decision about your friend.

Sorry for my late response.
We have been friends from the school. She failed to pass the exams to enter the university as I did and she was so jealous that she was talking behind mt back with really heartbreaking words for me. So, I can't trust her after 12 years.
It's really hard for me to trust her again. Should I?

I think that if she was a gossip 12 years ago, she is probably still a gossip. She sounds like the kind of person who says one thing to your face and another thing behind your back. I would be careful not to trust her too much. She sounds unreliable. Of course, people do sometimes change over time, and it's not good to be judgmental of people. The I Ching reading can be interpreted either way, and it is leaving it up to you to make the final decision. I think the key is the question of how much you were planning on depending on her for something.
