I heard from my parents that the patient doesn't want my mom to be her caregiver because my family knows she prefers the other relative over her. She could become another caregiver, but her attitude will make her easily disposable. She could also work in a sweatshop making clothes, but due to COVID, jobs are hard to come by, and it will no longer exist in the future.

The patient is becoming more and more narcissistic over the years since 2010. She recently started to drink her relative's kool-aid, where she refuses to get vaccinated because she is scared. The relative is a religious cult member where her Evangelical clique refuses to get vaccinated.
