Money on the sidelines, should I continue to hold off? 43.6->1

I have a modest amount of cash on the sidelines. I am holding off as I anticipate a downward correction on the financial markets. I asked the Oracle to evaluate my plan...I received 43 with a changing line 6 to 1.

I am having difficulties with interpreting changing line 6 in Hexagram 43. A part of me has doubts of my plans and I want to invest some money into certain companies now, but I feel line 6 speaks to weakness in my resolve in holding money on the sidelines before I enter into the financial markets.

Is it an auspicious cast that I received a hexagram 1?
