Move next door 22>52

Next door is a holiday home that the owners use themselves on weekends only but it’s very big and two floors. I asked them if I could rent the downstairs. Funny I already park my car there because it’s actually easier access into my own flat.

What do I need to know about moving next door Hexagram 22.1>52

This looks literal that I just move house on foot no need for the car... but I’m wondering whether I’m just seeing this as an easy option because I know the owners think highly of me (Hex 22) and I really should just stand on my own two feet instead of hoping they'll help me out and just stay put for now (Hex 52).

"What do I need to know about moving next door?"
22.1>52
52 is a quiet context. Not seeing people much, stays in his courtyard. Nothing wrong with that.
22.1 talks about not riding in your car, but walking.
You can walk right over! ;) Sounds like it's just describing the situation you mention.

The first thing that came to mind for me is, what's your motivation, reason for moving? If I were to consider moving from my place into one of my neighbors' places, I'd likely have a reason to do so: the view is nicer, the house is bigger or smaller, it's newer or more classic, it has a nicer yard, etc.

In your case however, I don't know what your motivations are (and perhaps I don't need to know). So, here you have as a response:

22.1: Adorn his feet. Leaving the carriage to walk.

I can imagine a choice being made here: you decide to leave the ease and comfort of riding in a carriage and you instead decide to walk to your destination. But what are your reasons for doing this, or for not doing this? .... And maybe this is what you need to know or delve into about your move:

Are you wanting to be more independent, to walk on your own two feet (and in doing so, you 'adorn' them) - instead of being carried along by someone or something else? And does this move offer you that? Or, conversely, are you making this move because it affords you some comfort or advantage like riding in a carriage (cheaper rent, a better view, a larger space, less responsibility ....), and is there a trade-off -- even if it is a valid one -- in doing so?

all the best ....

Recently my landlord and I had a run in ....
So, now that you've shared a bit about the 'why' of your move, you wanting to stand / walk on your own still fits: whatever advantage or convenience you have in your current rental situation (the carriage you've been riding /residing in) no longer works for you, so it's time to get out and walk - and 'adorn' your feet by using them.

And this will hold true even if the new place doesn't work out for you.

Let us know how things turn out.

All the best.

What you need to know about moving next door is that you are currently in a situation where you are looking for inner tranquility (52) and that the way to find this is keep moving forward steadily, one step / one day at a time. The move next door is an embellishment to your outer world (22) and would be just one small step towards beautifying the things around you.

This move would be at the beginning of your journey towards beautifying yourself. In these early stages it is a temptation when stepping out under your own steam to take the easy way out or to cut corners. The first steps towards regaining your independance need to be carefully considered to allow what is really going on for you in this potential move to next door to shine out.

This reading could be guiding you to carefully assess what you are adorning yourself with here internally and externally as you step from your carriage (22.1), in both the short and long term. The nuclear for 22 is Hex 40 so you could also contemplate what relief and release the move next door will and will not bring you.

....or it may be nothing like this at all.

Outcome: I looked at a rental this morning with a real estate this morning and said it's not suitable for me due to an annoying neighbour she mentioned. So she told me about another one coming up in a few weeks so after looking at the second one, I applied for it, gave her all the needed references and documents, told her about my present landlord and she approved me for it on the spot. It will be the first time I'm renting in my own space for years ie. not in a garden flat on someone else's' property so I guess that's the reflection of Line 1 and Hex 52 as my_key mentioned.
