move to be near family 53.1>37

i bought a home for myself and my son
for various business and financial reasons i could not get there

i asked what will happen if i move there now and i got

64.1.4 > 41

the decrease thing worried me in case I struggle to afford
this bigger house so i asked about several
other combinations. as i wish to be near my son as he is
my only family and may start his own soon

Earning enough to afford this house could be tough but i
could get lodgers in til i find work in this new town.

Still worried about the 41 decrease hexagram I finally i asked

How can I best move to L and start a new life?

I have been thinking about fostering but there are
courses to attend so it would not be instant (53) but i
long to have a happy young family atmosphere around
any thoughts? sorry lot of big life decisions going on for me.

ah ha 64.1 says missed bus and line 4 says if i
make a commitment to get it straight in 3 years
but it will be lean times to get to comfort.
